The location of this hotel was perfect for my travel needs - right by Newark Penn station. The room was quiet and comfy. Loved the nearby shops and restaurants. However, the common areas need an update. Shuttle service was convenient. Had a frustrating experience with parking and high fees. Great tasting cookie on arrival was a lovely touch.

Guys, stayed here last weekend, omg the beds were super comfy! 😍 everything clean and spacious. Only bummer was the shuttle service. 😑

While exploring the dining scene nearby, encountered a hiccup with a staff member's use of "You People" that felt off. However, just like Newark's resilience, this blip didn't overshadow the savory delights and hospitable essence of the area.

During my stay at this hotel, I found the room to be quiet and comfortable, with a really comfy, huge king size bed. the shower had a great temperature, not too hot or too cold, and the hairdryer provided was very good. the hotel's location was fantastic, right across the street from Newark Penn Station for easy access to NJ Transit, Amtrak, and Path trains to Manhattan. there was an indoor walkway connected to the hotel with shops and restaurants, and a Whole Foods store within a 10-minute walk.

She managed to still secure a room for me when I arrived after taking a train from the airport. the room was clean and had a fresh scent, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. the staff overall was friendly and helpful, and the hotel's proximity to the Prudential Center was perfect for attending events there. the enclosed walkthrough in the building made it easy to access the venue. Despite some ongoing construction, the overall experience was great.
